These are beautiful reclaimed barn joists from a large, gambrel Sears kit barn deconstruction in Everson. They are vintage, Oregon #1 grade Douglas Fir, Rough-Sawn 2x12's, and can vary up to 1/4" in thickness, although they are all a standard nominal 11.5" wide. We have lengths from 2' (great shelving!) to 14'. The majority are 8.5'-12.5'. This is popular inventory, and they are going fast!
$9/linear foot, possible to negotiate lower price if you denail yourself (.75/lf discount) or for large orders. We want to make our reclaimed materials affordable for all, so we always try to work with people within their budgets, as much as we possibly can.
They will all be surface de-nailed, pressure washed, inspected carefully with any defects cut out, and ends cut square. We also cut to custom lengths!
